At The Culinary Gem, we are proud to offer cooking services.  This includes a selection of exciting new group culinary sessions and also private cooking lessons by Jessie Marie.  He are the sparkling details below.

GROUP COOKING COURSES
$55 per person or $100 for 2 people

Our group courses are held in various venues around the New York area in Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and NYC.  We like to switch up the places to create a new atmosphere for every course. There are usually 6-12 people per course and never more than 18 to keep it intimate and hands on.  Most courses are about 3 hours long.

Jessie will go through various aspects of the ingredients, food preparation, cooking tips and also visual plating guidance to really impress.

PRIVATE COOKING COURSES
$250 for up to 6 people
$450 for 7-12 people

Jessie has travelled all around the US, Latin America and Europe learning various foods, studying culture and cuisine, attending Food Festivals and cooking.  All private cooking courses last approximately 3 hours and are held at your preferred location or home.  The price quoted here includes all ingredients, travel to anywhere in Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, but the private lessons can be held anywhere of your choice.*
*Additional location or travel costs may apply

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Our gift certificates will be mailed out to the person and address of your choice.  The gift certificate will also include any special message you require. Please add the relevant information in the comments area upon check out.
